If your facility requires a change of PFI for sepsis reporting, your facility's Primary User should submit a helpdesk ticket including the following information:

• Old PFI and hospital name
• New PFI and hospital name

Your facility's new PFI will be reflected on the Quarterly and Data Quality reports on Tableau only after the report refresh following your hospital's first data submission using the new PFI.
